I'd like to thank fellow committee members, their partners and other volunteers for their tireless efforts in organising this year's Nats. I would also like to thank all members and visitors for bringing their cars for us all to see and enjoy this weekend. This year's show was less well attended than previous years but the weather was kind to us and there seemed to be a general consensus that this year's Nats has been one of the better ones Yes

Re: CCCUK NATIONALS - 2/3 July 2016

Well another great Nationals weekend done, and thanks to the efforts behind the scenes, it's never easy and I think we have reached an all time low in terms of the number of people who actually "organised" the Nationals, remembering no one filled either position this year.

So, sterling effort by those concerned, great weather and a great bunch of attendees too. Next year it'll need support from somewhere out of us lot as members if we want to carry on making it happen.

My pics, apologies I took them in a rush, and were only later generation stuff as I just didn't get time to see the whole field let alone the excellent talks.

no problem at all, bit of a win win situation I think! having the Franv8 seal of approval on my doubts with my car has increased my enjoyment of it even further. and also realised a little extra performance by using the gears "manually". had a great drive down, an even better one back, travelling in a convoy with 3 other c5s (maroon, blue and yellow, don't know the guys I'm afraid).

great weather, really enjoyed all of the talks, inside and outside of the tent. fond memories of laying down 11s! swapping out the dizzy cap on the field saturday with some help from the dudes with the white 90 convertible and Tom falconer looking on!

fab weekend.

massive thanks to all those concerned to make it happen.
