Re: Wanted: OUTDOOR Car Cover For C5 Corvette

Can't remember the make , but Goggle for "monsoon car cover". I use one on me C4 ,and it's been great , very gentle on the paint ,even when it billows up alarmingly in gales. Has not caused any microblistering or anything else. Only downside, if you can call it that ,is it needs treating periodically with Fabsil waterproofer ,yiou can get it on Ebay by the gallon , reasonably cheaply ,and apply with a cheapo Wilko's or B&Q garden sprayer. Some condensation or moisture will get under it in deluges, or freezing wether, but a bit o' breeze soon dries it out again , and when the odd mild-ish days crops up , I take it off and let things breathe. I've used loadsa covers over the years ,but this is by far the best yet.
