Indicator/hazards switch Message Icon

So, having purchased a new indicator switch mechanism because Iím certain that the reason my indicators arenít working is down to the switch area.....to cut a long story short, it turns out that the indicator switch does work, but not when the hazard switch is engaged. The problem that I can see is that there is no way to reset hazard switch when everything is re-connected. Specifically, the black reset mechanism you can see in the photos

Switch off

Switch on and reset mechanism in position.

I have checked the indicator reset cam, there is no way this can engage this mechanism. And there is nothing else that I have that will contact that.

So the question is, what bit/ knowledge am I missing??

The hazard switch is on the right side of the column, you push it in to activate the hazards and pull it out to turn them off, theres no reset mechanism. It looks like you might be missing the knob and so have no means of turning them off?

If you bought the switch from us I am happy to take it back and refund you if it is no longer required and is in resalable condition.

Thanks Scott, I appreciate that. I know you donít normally do refunds on electrical parts.

On the Ďjust pull it outí, I suspect then that I actually need a new hazard knob just plucks straight out of the switch mechanism......
