Hyphens are your friend Wink.

There's a funny viral going round about web addresses that could do with a hyphen.
(e.g. www.penisland.com)

Ah you mean:

1. A site called ‘Who Represents‘ where you can find the name of the agent that represents a celebrity. Their domain name… wait for it… is
www.whorepresents.com

2. Experts Exchange, a knowledge base where programmers can exchange advice and views at
www.expertsexchange.com

3. Looking for a pen? Look no further than Pen Island at
www.penisland.net

4. Need a therapist? Try Therapist Finder at
www.therapistfinder.com

5. Then of course, there’s the Italian Power Generator company…
www.powergenitalia.com

6. And now, we have the Mole Station Native Nursery, based in New South Wales:
www.molestationnursery.com

7. If you’re looking for computer software, there’s always
www.ipanywhere.com

8. Welcome to the First Cumming Methodist Church. Their website is
www.cummingfirst.com

9. Then, of course, there’s these brainless art designers, and their whacky website:
www.speedofart.com

10. Want to holiday in Lake Tahoe? Try their brochure website at
www.gotahoe.com

Re: Power Windows Message Icon

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie with a C3 1976 bought just 5 days ago! so I'm in the phase where I want to solve all the issues of my car. One of the problems is that the Power Windows are not connected. The seller told me that the Window motors function very well but are not connected to the electric circuits of the car. Also in the central console, I only can find the buttons with no cables on them. Any recommendation? Do you think a non mechanic/electrician like me can do the work? or any electrician suggestion? I'm new in this country and I don't have too many contacts. I'm based in Barnet, North London.

Thank you

Re: Power Windows

Not sure. His advert in Vette News, just says;
Mike's Vettes, North London's 1953-1982 Corvette Specialist and has two mobile numbers listed;
07710 179001 & 07549 929758.

Really friendly and helpful guy, who gave me lots of excellent advice about the various issues I had with my 72 C3.

Well worth making contact and going to see him, especially if you aren't too far away. Aberdeen, Scotland was just a bit too far away, for me to 'pop-in by!'
