Corvette C3 parts

Hi,

Just finished the restoration of my c3 and have a couple bits left over that weren't required, if they're of any interest or you'd like more pictures or details please pm me, I'd rather they go to a fellow enthusiast and I'm not after a fortune, just something to put towards petrol Wink

- New primed pop up fuel tank cap (will require painting body colour)
- Door handles (used with no decal on them but not too bad condition)
- Four knock-on wheel covers for the standard steel wheels
- New weather stripping for the T-tops
- 2 x air T valves for either headlight actuators or windscreen wiper actuator

I'm based up in the north west and obviously collection is preferable but can post at cost if needed.

Thanks,

Nick

Re: Corvette C3 parts

Hiya,

1970 350 small block, been restoring it for nearly 3 years, it was meant to be a 'summer fun' kind of thing but then realised it was totally rotten and have done a full body off resto on it, rather more than I originally planned but feel better for doing it and have learnt loads in the process so that was fun Smile

If you're interested i've loads of photos so could message you some, there are some interesting 'the chassis is clearly not meant to be in that many pieces' ones, haha

Cheers,
Nick

Hi there - thanks for your advertisement and for offering the parts to club members.

How much would you want for the weather-proofing?

Thanks

Simon

I suspect that Ross's lack of interest relates to the parts Laughing I'm guessing a few of us (Ross included) may like to see some of your restoration photos - and the finished car! Thumbs up

Early C3 has different EVERYTHING to later cars (including weather strip) - then remembered I had an early weatherstrip kit. Little point doing until I do window and door rebuild Yes

Hi, thanks for posting the ad.
Do the wheel trims have good outer rims (i.e. free from kerb marks and dents) please? If so how much are you looking for for them please?
Thanks,
Andy

Same. I was thinking of the weatherstrip kit until the year was announced. Drats those 1968 models being awkwardly different......
